I'm pretty 'present' with my daughter, but the rest of the time I'm not very mindful. I get done what needs to get done and go on to the next thing. This podcast makes me realize the value of slowing down and appreciating life.
I had thought about meditation for years but finally uncovered the will to add it to my daily routine after listening to Bruce - I've got a list of podcasts I listen to - but Mindfulness Mode is nwo a daily routine - at least until I run out of episodes.
